Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service
At Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service we have be using Verto for a number of years now, the system has evolved significantly to meet our needs as our project management capability within the organisation has progressed. The support provided by TMI is readily available and there is opportunity to request development and commission bespoke reports. The system has enabled us to hold all of our project information in one place, allowing oversight and visibility of projects as well has reporting at Programme level. In particular the monthly reporting and approvals process has been the most significant for DSFRS, in terms of understanding whether our projects are on track to deliver, discussing any exceptions a programme board. TMI continues to develop the system for its users and the Service is looking forward to expanding its use of the system, with new functionality that is released on a regular basis.
